Indian Air Force Recruitment 2014: Airmen Posts: Indian Air Force invites applications for the recruitment of Airmen Vacancies for Group ‘X’ (Technical) & Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) Trade from Unmarried Male candidates from the designated Districts of State of West Bengal and Sikkim. Candidates should pass Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or Passed 3 year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) for Sl no 1 Post, Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science with B.Ed degree or two year teaching experience or Passed MA English/ M.Sc in Mathematics,
Physics, Computer Science/ MCA with B. Ed degree for Sl no 2 Post.
Candidates upper age should be 21 years i.e born between 01-02-1995 to 30-06-1998 for Group X Technical Posts
Candidates age 25 years and 28 years for graduate and post graduate candidates respectively.
During Training, a stipend of Rs.11,400/- per month will be paid. On completion of training, starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of Pay Including Grade Pay, Millitary Service Pay (MSP), Group.'X' pay and DA will be as follows
Group 'X' (Technical) Trades: Rs.24,900/- per month (approxmately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs.43,940/- per month (apporximately).
Group 'X' (Education Instructor) Trades: Rs.25,780/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may resie up to Rs.54,360/- per month (approximately)
Candidates are selected based on written test, Physical Fitness Test, interview, medical standards.
Eligible candidates can attend for rally along with the Consent Form in the prescribed format, Seven copies of recent front portrait (without headgear except for Sikh) passport-size (5 cm X 4 cm) colour photograph taken on or after 08-09-2014, Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate, Marks Sheet, Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate, etc at 4 Airmen Selection Centre (Near Palta Gate), Air Force Station Barrackpore, 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal from 08/11/2014 to 16/11/2014.
