- For General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) : MBBS with 03 years post qualification experience.
- Nationality : Indian

- For Senior Medical Officer : 37 years
- For General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) : 32 years
Age of Relaxation :
- SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
- OBC Candidates : 3 years
- PWD Candidates : 10 years
