HCL Bserv is hiring Product / Technical Support Analyst
Required Skill set:
Should have good knowledge in web technologies JavaScript, HTML and CSS. ( Java certification will be an added advantage)
Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting knowledge.
Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills are required.
Should have good knowledge in technical support.
Good knowledge in HTML, Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting knowledge.
