Job Description:

1. Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
2. Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology vertical.
3. Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
4. Work in a 24×7 work environment; rotational /night shifts and no fixed weekly offs.
5. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
6. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
7. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
8. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
9. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Candidate Profile:
1. College Graduates (any stream) – Fresher or Experienced ‘or’ High school pass with minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
2. Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
3. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
4. Ability to learn.
5. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
6. Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
7. Good listening and responding skills.
8. Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
9. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
10. Should be open to work in any shift timing – night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
11. Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
